Foundation Years

Founded ABC Express as a Java Island rail freight forwarding service.

Starting from a local office in Jakarta, ABC Express began operations with a focus on rail distribution in Java, a capability hard to reach for general courier competitors.

2015, 2018

3 RO. Multimodal live.

Multimodal Expansion

Expansion of multimodal capability, rail + truck + ship + aircraft.

Began integrating air, sea, and road transportation modes. Geographic expansion to Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Eastern Indonesia. Built the foundation of a local partner network at each RO.

2018, 2022

5 RO. Project cargo capability.

Specialist in Heavy & Project Cargo

Became specialist in heavy, oversized cargo, and billion-rupiah scale project cargo.

Acquired special handling capabilities, low-bed trailers, lifting gear, project management infrastructure. Became selected vendor for national strategic projects in the energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors.

National Network Maturity

6 Regional Offices, 100+ network partners, 38 provinces of coverage.

Achieved national scale with regular execution to 3T regions, Tual, Dobo, Merauke, Manokwari, Sumbawa. Corporate clients grew to 500+ across 11 industries. Standardization of ABC9 Service Standard across the network.
